I drew Gloom with a mechanical pencil. It was fairly simple, and care had to be taken when drawing the silhouette of the pokemon. I feel that the proportions are fine here, and the hands and feet are well positioned. It shows the "depth", as if Gloom is coming right at you. The eyes are fine too, except that the left eye is slightly larger than the right one. It's all about the perspective.
Now, imagine if Gloom was real, swaying its right arm back, and standing in front of you. If you look at Gloom from the left, at an angle, you will see precisely this image. That's Gloom for you!
