Skitty is one of my favourite pokemon. I drew them all using a mechanical pencil, and I'm happy with the pieces. I think Skitty's proportion is fine, and the tail length is just right too. Skitty's head is also slightly oval, which complements its overall look. The spiked ears are not an issue at all.
Slakoth is slightly harder to draw, because it is lying on the floor. You have to note the difference in depth between the front legs and back. I think it's not too bad, because you can see Slakoth lying down. The eyes are quite unique though.
I am very pleased with the way Vigoroth is drawn. It is well-defined, the fur has a smooth finishing, and the face looks right. I believe it will look great coloured.
