I'm drawing random objects and I'm showing all of you what I've done so far. It's based on this book called 50 drawing projects. I bought this book probably in late 2015, I don't really remember the exact date. It's printed on good paper, and so here's my first work in the book : Two pears.
For the sketches in this book, I stopped using mechanical pencil (so far) and I decided to really just try out good ol' dinosaur pencil. So I'll be introducing the pencils that I've used for this drawing - 2B, 3B,3H, and 7B. Took me about 20 minutes to complete it. If you're curious about the different pencil types, you can try Googling about it. It's hard to explain in words, and it's way easier to see the scale visually. 7B is much darker than 3B, which in turn is darker than 2B. 3H is the lightest of them all.
It looks like this : darkest 7B > 3B > 2B > 3H lightest
The difference is due to the graphite and clay mixture etcetc, and if you're super curious, just Google it. Enjoy the drawing!
