I just drew this.
I should have drawn the bowl larger, because then I would have a greater area to blend the shadows. I took about 20 minutes to sketch this, and I used 2B, 5B,4B,8B, and 6B pencils. I used the lighter pencils for the outline, and the darker pencils are for the shading. It was not easy getting the shape of the ellipse right though. It sets the foundation for the rest of the bowl. The base is also slightly odd shaped, but the shadows make up for it.
